Prices shown in USD. Buyers outside the US will see their local currency at checkout (EUR, GBP, AUD, and more) via Stripe's automatic conversion.
Hourly, 10-hour, and 20-hour purchases are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The 40-hour package is valid for 24 months. Unused hours expire after that window.
Refunds may be requested in writing before more than one-third of the package has been used. Beyond that point, packages are non-refundable.
Every option — hourly or package — can be paid in 3 monthly installments. The first installment is charged at checkout; the next two are charged 30 and 60 days later.
Stripe Adaptive Pricing converts to your local currency automatically. For families paying from China, please reach out — I'll arrange an alternative payment method.
